'Honestly, can you believe we crossed the world while it's asleep?'



Ok, so so much has happened recently. I went to see the amazing, beautiful, wonderful, talented Taylor Swift!!! It was absoloutely incredible, and one of the best days of my life. She definatley knows how to put on a great show, haha! She opened with You Belong With Me, and I was seriously so happy, I was almost crying when I saw her little feathered hat appear. The mid-song costume change was dhefblfb. Next she sang Our Song, and it was amazing when she let just the crowd sing one of the choruses. Next was Tell Me Why and then teardrops on My Guitar. Seriously, the show is just amazing. She then sang Fearless, I think I died when she sang 'London, England, Now Capture it, Remember it.' I will Taylor. Don't you worry. Forever and Always was next, followed by Hey Stephen, at which point Taylor appeared in the middle of the floor, where she also sung Fifteen and Tim McGraw on a little spinny turntable thing. Half way through Tim McGraw, she walked through the crowd to get back to the stage. My Dad had already pushed me forwards down the aisle to the centre aisle, and she walked past like an inch away! Everyone was reaching out towards her, so I did to and touched her arm. Best moment of the night right there. When she was back on the stage, the crowd applauded her for like 10 minutes after then end of Tim McGraw, before they let her play White Horse, which was awesome.

The next song was Love Story, with another on-stage costume change, and then The Way I Loved You, during which Grant was AWESOME. After that, a Grand Piano cam up on stage and Taylor performed a mash up of You're Not Sorry and Justin Timberlake's What Goes Around Comes Around. She then rocked out on us with Picture To Burn before going off stage. So everyone was cheering and screaming 'Encore' and eventually Amos, her bass player came out and enjoyed himself, with an impression of Mickey from Fantasia - If you were there, you know what I mean. So after a few minutes, Tay came back out and sung Should've Said No. All I can say is WOW. I don't want to spoil it, but wow. It was awesome.

In summary, i'm a little dissappionted that she didn't play Change, but honestly the night was so amazing, I'm not that bothered. I'm a firsthand witness to Justin Bieber breaking his ankle on stage, and it seriously wasn't as impressive as everyone seems to think. Her just kind of tripped. No blood or anything. =/

Anyway, I just discovered the awesomeness that is Paramore. I just got all three of their studio albums, and they are getting some serious play time. Hayley has one of the best voices I've ever heard, so check them out if you haven't already.
